Thinking the same thing. Hopefully its only one year though.

Also agree have been pleasantly surprised with his form no 5 for average hit outs in the Comp noticed he and Martin starting to build a good relationship still has upside as no preseason this year.

It's taken most of the year but seems like the tide has finally turned on the hammer thread; the glimmer of a new dawn on the horizon. The slaggers slowly quietening.

Naive! An average game against the Dawks and they'll be back calling for his 'hopeless' head. Even though there is no-one better in sight at PR, unless Eevan gets to drink deeply from the fountain of youth.

Why would you keep playing this bloke when he offesr so little and is not the answer going forward?

Dimmer will though.

I'm sick of watching him. Drop marks, fumble like my 3 year old. Another top class recruit.
This is what gets me angry we gave up a pick for this prick

You really are like an old-fashioned stuck 'record'. I've certainly expressed my anger and frustration elsewhere about how poor the team was today, but all you can do is come up with this sort of crap ad nauseam. But I'm not letting it go, if this is your response to this game.

Won the HOs 42/33, FWIW both stoppages and CBs, Hampson credited 36 HOs, Griff 3, McEvoy 11, Ceglar 22 and many more possessions so best big man overall.

But given Griff is your oft-touted 'answer', and Vickery dropped to AFL even by the very forgiving Dimma, that leaves McBean to carry our rucks at present, along with Soldo presumably. I really noticed Beanie's ferocious impact when rucking and marking duiels with McEvoy in the second half.

But I'll leave it to you to sing his praises about how he is the Messiah to lead us to the holy premiership grail, Lamby. So tell us all about how many HOs he got and what a great contest he provided when opposed to McEvoy.

You are a poster that simply cannot see the forest for one tree. So, drop Hampo forever, sure then we'll beat Hawthorn!!!

I would love an upgrade. However I think Hampson has had his best season and will come top 10 in B & F so I expect he will get another two year contract.

Stating the blindingly obvious. Younger and bigger, better all-round footballer. What a surprise? Beat him game 1 too.

So who on our list did or would do better? Bean achieved the simply amazing result of ZERO HOs for the 2nd week in a row, one in his first game this spell.

Calling for TV's recall? That will frighten them. Or Soldo?

I'm talking 2016 reality, not 2017 fantasy picks.

Do you actually watch the games Leon. Mcbean did not ruck last week and was sent in the ruck this week in the last with a minute to go.

For mine I'd bring in Deledio for Hampson. I think he adds more.

Wont happen anyway!

Early in the last quarter he dropped a chest Mark near the forward 50 arc, in the next few seconds of play I think he had his hands on the ball more times then any other player in history of the game, in such a short period of time with out actually been able to take possecion of the ball.

That ain't good Jack.

Ceglar to put it nicely is sh!t.

That's not quite my take, SA. Ceglar would do us fine. And only 25. I don't want a glamour ruck. Adequate is plenty.

But you're right. It aint good. :help

Yep, saw this and laughed, went straight through his hands and bounced off his chest/shoulder.

Back to your patronising best, I see. Guess you have little else to offer these days!

McBean competed in ruck contests as at stoppages both last week and today, and not just in the last minute. Maybe try watching more closely. Is pushed aside like a reed in a storm.

You know I'd never wish injury on anyone but it would be so interesting if Vickery and McBean had to ruck for us the rest of 2016. Then we'd really see how destitute your ideas about rucking really are. Hampson at least won the HOs; most of the team were inept, due to having no constructive idea how to play a winning game.

What are you suggesting about Deledio that has any relevance to the ruck? More evasion but just getting weirder?

I didn't know whether to admire his perseverence or laugh at his ineptitude.
