I read some headline where apparently Ken Hinkley said that its to accept that youre ging to lose the HO and then work with it from there. Seems more and more people are waking up to the large pointlessness of the ruckman ( in general)

Was on SEN. He said it's better to know if you are going to win or lose so you can plan around that, not that it's better to lose...

Ah, fair enough. I only saw the headline and the opening paragraph.

Listening to Hardwick today I reckon we can expect a new contract soon.
Personally I think this is a mistake. He may be our best option but he's still not up to it.
As a bad analogy I say:

I have a car. A *smile* box Camira, had it for 3 years. It's unreliable, always breaking down and when it does run it blows smoke and can't go over 80km. There was this one time it drove well on a trip to Melton.

But I'm gunna keep it for another year ....cos its the best I've got.

This morning I was reading through my local paper (regional qld) and a few pages in from the back was the footy page, actually more half a page. It's all we ever get. Anyway there were 3 footy stories. 1 covering local footy and 1 focused on the Dockers and Steven Hill in particular.

The 3rd? Hampson discussing his improvement this year and how he is enjoying his footy. Nearly fell off my chair.

The paper has a readership of about 100k, I can't imagine more than a couple of dozen having a clue who this bloke is.

Not much happening up your way tbar? Your local mob has simply scrounged up a week old article from down here to use as a space filler. Surely they could have borrowed something a little more up to date from the Hun.

TM the front page story was about the change to turning lanes in one of our main streets. Too confusing for the locals.

You may think that's a quiet week, you would be wrong. *smile* all happens here :(.

Sounds like a busy week at the local retirement village. I might have to come visit n do an inspection, not far off the goober old fart status n might need to start planning for the future.

Imagine looking like a 205 cm Greek Adonis and having the IQ of a wart!

I would take the IQ of a blackhead if I got to marry Megan Gale. Guessing all his appendages are in proportion.

Still getting beaten all round the ground. Nowhere near AFL standard

Thought he was OK today... took a few good marks. Tap work good as usual. Heart in mouth when he had to kick that goal in the last though...

Developing as a forward
will replace Ty in the forward line from next week - kicked the same amount of goals today with limited time there.

Megan's providing a contest winning taps, marked &  can't believe it took a contested mark kicked straight for a goal

A bit better, still he can pretty much decide where he wants to tap ruck hitouts too and gets it down the throat of opposition players far too often. At least he decided to go for marks today, amazing isn't it what happens when you do, 3 contested marks. Zero tackles though, Nicholls had 6.

The problem is more often than not his taps go to the apposing side. Same every game so blind tap-downs is not he answer. Still he is all we have for now as Ivan appears shot

Yep, was good today.
