Disagree. Hitouts to advantage are important but you have to have more to your bow in today's game. If you get 51 hitouts but can't mark, can't impact on the pack, can't run, can't tackle, then there is no place for you at AFL level. Right now we have two choices Maric or Hampson. Our own fault we haven't addressed our ruck stocks sooner.
A high percentage of his hitouts were not too advantage. A non footballer.
I would rather see Daniel Rioli rucking than this clown as at least he would try and probably make a better fist of it.

Hampson not on his Pat Malone. ATM, feel only Rance, Cotch and Grigg didn't humiliate our club tonight .. maybe a couple of others.

I just knew it! The AFL site says Hampson was one of our best tonight. Now I know the clowns they employ to report on games know less about the game than I do.
Never seen a bloke get two hands around the ball as often as he does yet fail to take the mark.

Fact is there will be ,as there always is a decent Ruck available at years end. Highly unlikely will get a gun but there's defiantly better then Hampson out there, our ruck stocks are woeful, do we put all the eggs in one basket and try and get an A grader or do we go cheaper an get a competive one ?
