I dont think Frawley is a dud coach.
Its weak , gutless performances by the player group that have caused this situation.
Frawley wasnt a dud back in 2001 was he ?
2002 was a bad year.
2003, we lost our captain and vice captain most of the year.
Try taking Hird and Lloyd out of Essendon and see how they go.
2004, started good, next four weeks terribble, we seemed to lose the plot when Richo got injured, lack of direction going forward. Were smashed second round against Melb who are the hottest team going around at present and then had to front up to saints the following week.
If Frawley was such a dud, who planned to start Hilton and Fiora down foward with Chaffey and Hyde on the wings the other night. Drac the bootstudder ? No I think not.

FUD is a dud cos he doesn't address problems.

We got smshed by Melb...BEFORE Rico was hurt.

We lack direction going forward..who at RFC get paid a bucket load of money to provide that direction....The Coach does.

I cant comment on whether fud is a good tactition or not because we never see any evidence of tactics. this is either because they dont exist or they are not followed. Either way it is the Coaches responsibility to ensure his instructions are followed.

Fuds treatment of Hyde and others is criminal. He has been around for years and this is the first time we have seen him with any real game time. Why????

Never let it be said that I am a fan of Joel Bowden but before Fud came to RFC, Joel was recognised as an up & coming star. We cant blame fud but Joel's potential 5 years ago has not been realised.

Even on Friday night where he displayed more tricks than Merlin, why was Fletcher in centre bounces. We got smashed in the clearances in the last q but he left him in there and Krak who got us going early was standing by the point post.

IMO he is a dud coach. Perhaps we will be able to test the theory by the number of clubs fighting to get him as coach next year.

Its amazing what demoting a few "big heads" does to the rest of the team.  Zantuck and Bowden get dropped and the rest come out in the first quarter and play like its their last game..............quite amazing.  However Spud's buddy treatment of his favourites has seen this club turn into a rabble boys club.

Yes, of-course the players are to blame - they are the ones out there.  But who puts them on the park week in week out ?  Who is in charge of recruiting them ?  Developing them ?  Disciplining them ?  Answer me this question Jack.  Who is in charge to lead them into battle ?  Who was responsible for adding more duds to our stockpile of players of self destruction ?

If the coaches job is to only move a few magnets on the white board then I'll be sending my CV to punt road for the job ?

Krak's injury is news to me and I suspect it is news to Krak also.

If this is true then why not Brown in the middle rather than Fletcher. We got smashed in the second half and fud did nothing.

Now before you bag me I know I'm not worthy of moving Danny's magnets around. You need to be related to him or have played in a wooden spoon side to sit in his coacing box.

Hyde has a long way to go before you could consider that a good move.

Frawley is the dud that took hilton from midfield/forward and made him play in defence where he broke his arm after narrowly avoiding being dropped for being played out of position in the first place. Whats wrong with your memory???

Fiora should play wing - forward. Why did he play him for the last 2 years in the backline after he was playing so well on the wing in 2002.

Anyone who thinks Zantuck should have been dropped ahead of chaffey, gaspar and rodan. Stay at home and keep watching the tv. You obviously have no idea.

Best move frawley made was leaving gaspar on the bench all night.

Rodan is a super dud. Fumbles the ball every time he gets near it which isnt often. Gets tackled or falls over. Depends on which he prefers. Kicks 40m at best and always to the opposition. Cant handball. Cant mark. Has no vision because he is at everyone elses but height. What a wasted draft pick.

You can add fletcher to the duds latest recruits. Fleming.. No skills. Dud Frawley has no idea.

Bottom line is this, Spud will be sacked at the end of the season, if not between rounds 12 -14, depending. And Yes Spud is a moron. A moron for letting the players get away with being lazy. Let’s face it; It’s human nature for people to be lazy, finding short cuts, we all do it.. The players attitude on the field stems nothing more then from a discipline problem. And if one player sees another taking it easy and getting away with it, then he will also become lazy. The lack discipline has cost Richmond a season and Spud his coaching job. It’s a shame it took this long to see a couple of senior players get dropped. This should have happened 17 games before.

Harry, after reading your thoghts throughout the message board, they would offer you a 10 year contract after seeing your CV, and with the clause in it "never to be sacked".
Remember thr tigers insisted on failure riddled cvs in the past.

It took them 4 years to get it right.
Spud must be starting to learn the coaching caper, we are now playing players in their correct positions for a quarter.
So in about 10 years we might get them to play there for the whole game.

And as members we voice our dissaproval/approval of what is happening with the club that we have paid money to be a member of.
Now is a period that we have predominantly dissaprovals voiced because the club is going as badly as it ever has.

I cant believe the short sigthedness of so called "suppoters"..when if the club which it probably does listened to them then we would see them win 3 games out of 18...like wake up guys. Have a bit of vision here.

Nothing more sickening than supporters who support failure.

If Danny Frawley proposed to merge the club with the western bulldogs. Would you support him.

Wake up to yourself. Danny has taken the club into the dark ages. His continuation at the helm is to the detriment of the football club. His own players have labelled him "An Absolute Moron"

If you truly support the club, you would want to get rid of anything that is bringing it down into the pits of mediocrity.

Getting rid of Danny Frawley is a huge step in the right direction.

Debates like this at the moment are futile. I liken it to the Iraq situation and Saddam. He can stay for a while but when the times right he will be removed with force. As I have said all along the game Friday night where they gave up a match winning lead and only through the bumbling faults of Hawthorn in the last minute hung on to win changes nothing .......the interstate beatings that are coming up will make that run of 4 losses look like great effort by the time they are over.

We cant jackstar, our cvs have a few positives in them, when you get the job at tigerland you need one that has failed, failed, failed, all over it to even be considered for the job.
