Even without the drugs scandal, you'd think these results are so bad that he'd be gone by now.
It's almost as if they can't sack him (or won't) because if they did it would be to admit that the drugs were the issue.

I reckon it's the double down effect (or whatever it's called). Hessionbags are into him for so much folding they can't back out now or they'll have to admit how wrong they've been and that they've done their dough.
