Has been named in the VFL side.

I think the club has concerns over his ability to play AFL standard footy as well.

Going to be an interesting watch as to how he responds. ..... having come from a club where he was a walk up start, possibly even if he was outta form, to a club where he's finding he'll have to earn it the hard way!

Please. ... no comparisons to Shane Edwards. ... CITB!

Needs to actually show some intensity. His efforts to date smack of going through the motions.

Will get his chance throughout the rest of the year. No way we dont get further injuries in the backline or forward line that requires Balta to move forward

When asked, I could be wrong, but I think Dimma hinted he's not a quick pick every week. Playing with a sore hip.

Could we have a second retirement ? Free up another spot ?
It's looking doubtful right now that he will be getting 2023 even though we signed him for it.

Word is he is loving it at the club though, and is a really good fella so it's a bit of a shame for him that he's unlikely to get the best of his time at Punt Road.

Interesting that we're selecting him in the magoos with the hip. Any scoop on the exact injury?

I suspected part of his agreement to come over (and the 2nd year) was to do with coaching. I suspect that could be goal here now he isn't in the 1's anymore. Will be a really good person to learn from for Gibcus, Biggie and Miller. Tarrant along with Grimes are an excellent duo to learn a lot from.
