Conca will be one of our top 5 midfielders for a very long time. Nothing to worry about except his red hair.

Agreed.

A couple of bad errors but he needs to keep creating for his team. He has the right mindset. Hopefully he doesnt go back into his shell like some of his teammates.

Can’t fathom after our best effort in Geelong for 10 years that people are writing off Conca at age 19. The least of our issues.

We need another 3 Concas. Genuine midfielders. Blokes who you can rely on to rotate in your midfield without worrying about giving up any advantage to your opposition.

Yep. He'll get better with experience and learn from those mistakes. I reckon he's a gem.

Got to agree with Zipp he is a turnover merchant really bad actually and yes at the moment he looks nowhere near his draft ranking.

Excellent young player and exactly the type we need due to his desire to run and create. Made a couple of crucial mistakes last week and had a quieti-sh game this week. Second year player...it happens. Go Concs.

Give him a break he's a second year player learning the AFL game.
Riewoldt, Martin made bigger errors which contributed to today's loss than Conquer
