I wouldn't mind see him rested for a couple of weeks. Happy to see others given a game in the second half of the season such as Dea and O'Reily once they are over their injuries. It would be good if Contin was given a chance at some stage as well.

Need to keep things in perspective. This is a development year and whilst we need to get games into Conca we need to find out which of the fringe players are worth persisting with as well.

I'm really pleased with how he is tracking. One thing he needs to learn is to get the ball moving on the ground. He has been done for holding the ball on the ground a far few times.

Has been a solid year,prob made the right call to give him a spell.He might be back quicker than we thought.
 
Heppell vs Conca

I see that the moderators did not like my thread/criticism of Francis Jackson. Another nail in the coffin 2night. Heppell BOG against pussycats.
Heppell picked after Conca. No disrepect to Conca but Francis U stuffed up again. Other recruiters had Conca at late teens early 20's. My God how can you get it wrong so many times. Benny get out there and get a person that can RECRUIT. I am sick and tired of being the laughing stock of the competition.

The cats let him run loose all night....his last 6 weeks have been average at best. Conca is fine right now.

Or better still Benny Gale, get out out there and get supporters that actually do not sit there finding negatives things to say when we get beaten...

Conca is exactly wat we need a skillful running mid and will b a gun.
Francis did not stuff up we as Supporters continually cry out for very skilled midfielders and we have one in conca and I'm more than happy with his output thus far...Francis has got this one right.
He wouldn't have lasted to our 2nd pic as word was out that freo were going to nab him.
Heppel will b a gun too but plays more half back.
The 2010 draft should b judged in the next 3-5 yrs

Open your eyes. they must be sewn shut. Heppell is a better player.

Heppell was a better player this week. Why did you not mention this trade when we played Essendon?.

Are you going to turn every trade we do in the next Tambling v Frankling?

Are you waiting for Dustin Martin to have a bad game to let us know we stuffed up on him?

Or better still how other teams missed Riewoldt?

Conca has played some good football but I dont see any star in him. Heppell loves the big stage, played a ripper on anzac day and also tonight. Both are good players so its not a big issue but I still would of preferred Heppell.
