I read that he has been paid the most around the neck or above the shoulder free kicks in the competition this year. This indicates that he either ducks his head too much or is not afraid to put his neck on the line(or both)

Definitely puts his head over it. A few times I have thought he was going to get injured but bounced up wit the ball in hand after winning a free. :)

Backed himself in to kick it and he was incredulous he didn't. Has absolute confidence in his skills. Many many goals to come in next 10 years.

That's the spirit. Heppel may have the charm but this kid will will hurt teams more. He gets busy and puts himself in really important positions. Fearless and composed. Wants the ball in his hands in tough tough places. Exceptional. Just exceptional.

Just gets to the right spots. And showed some ticker sat under a ball and got crunched, had to know what was coming. Also looked to be struggling in the last quarter with the shin injury. Just a vanilla, no frills footballer who has stacks of time.

Starting to grow on me Conca. Wasnt overly impressed at the start but that was probably more to do with playing in the back pocket but has been great in the midfield so far. Just wish he had another 5m-10m on his kick.

Agree with 90% of your posts Scooper (bit off on the PL thread ;D) but can't agree wit this. He ain't no vanilla. He got a lot of chocolate fudge, nuts and a cherry on top.

Lots of people around here have chimp wood - fair enough. I've got conca cream casue this kid's a gun.
