Agree.Looks almost as good as the ME centre.

BRB.......Just going through your old posts------------------> :donut

Psst....V the Dockers. Went past Punt Road again on Game Day. No longer reminds me of a "Goth's Prison".
Now reminds of a Bunker camouflaged to avoid German night bombers.
Only problem is, as John Lennon noted, the war is over.

Re: Reece "Squirrel" Conca

Every week Conca keeps on impressing me with what he does. Today I thought he was our only midfielder trying to make something happen in the first quarter. He was running hard to contests and put his body in unlike some of the others around him. Another 22 possession game by him. Just shows he will be a non-fussed pure footballer. Mr Consistancy!

Re: Reece "Squirrel" Conca

Apart from one atrocious handball was pretty solid again. Mentioned on radio he played a lot on Gian'a who seemed to do bugger all. In best.

Re: Reece "Squirrel" Conca

He is consistently improving each week. His best game so far and one of the few postives today.

Libba will get it. Two goals and 25 disposals.

could do but surely conca couldn't be too far away given his consistency

He will get it soon enough.

He sure has been consistent. Still can't get over Conca doing some of the kick-outs in his first ever game (against the Blues).

The club holds him in very high regard.

Still waiting for his first goal too!

Last 5 games has collected 22 touches or more. 8)

Trekking beautifully.

It looks like that is starting to worry him a bit. He is tensing up whenever he gets it around the 50.

It may be worth starting him forward for the first 10 minutes or so in the next game, just to give him a chance to snag one.

Probably not a bad idea to help get the squirrel off his back!

Re: Reece "Squirrel" Conca

I have noticed that he seems to want to give it off when around the 50. He is perfectly capable of kicking goals from there. He is not the only one who is doing that .

Noticed the squirrel hit the post during pre game warm up, his head rocked back as if to say.....whats the hell?.....he's going through what Jetta up at the swans went through last year. I'm sure he'll snag a major soon.

Re: Reece "Squirrel" Conca

Checked his TOG the other week. Was around 73% for the season so far (maybe 6 weeks when I checked). Most AFL midfielders are around 80-85% TOG. Obviously easing him in. Makes his ball winning ability even more impressive.
