Great in traffic - quick hands - excellent tackler - loves to get in an under - a lot to like and when he plays well so do the Tigers.

But then your welcome to focus just on his negatives.

Interestingly I wonder what his longest stretch of games in row he has played.

This. Cannot believe the Conca "love". One word only is needed to describe him "Heppell".

That doesn't describe him, it describes Francis Jackson. And even then it's inaccurate, should be "Lynch".

But Conca played well. One poor kick, that's it.

Conca had a pretty good game but don't pretend one poor kick is all that he did wrong last night. He's still very vulnerable with his disposal decisions under pressure and summing up situations.

Nah its the opposite. His execution lets him down at times, summing up the sitch is his big strength. Great evasion. Kicking can be off, but on the improve I reckon.

Yeah. Never understood those who think a player is responsible for all eternity for being selected by a recruiter who should have picked a different guy. Bizarre.

Nah sorry I don't see him as a great decision-maker. Maybe it's partly to do with his execution but I am not just talking about decisions requiring ball disposal.

He is one of our best players at either getting out of heavy traffic or knowing exactly how much time he has to pick the right option to get out of it, where most mid to bottom tier role players would just bang it on the boot.

It's a while ago but watch some 2014 footage of Conca when he was a pup. if he hasn't been hit with recurring injuries he was heading towards A Grade level. He's got the head for footy. Now it's whether his body can recover enough and/or stay injury free.

There's no doubt Conca going down early in the 1stQ again the Bluies in the Elim cost us the game.
