played a great last quarter, looks a natural in the midfield and his centre clearances were a standout

Like his work. Needs education to stop his instinctive dragging the ball back into the bottom of the pack, he will be pinged every time.

his disposal needs a lot of work, but 8 centre clearances is a great sign

I'm a fan but his kicking has been poor lately, trying to steal Tucky's sky-high mantle. Has an awkward drop or style but the class prevailed. Disposal does need work but confident his quality will win out.

Agree. Good numbers from both Conca and Ellis (first game over 20 touches last week).
These teenagers are working their way into it. Good stuff.

another good game from Conca.
23 possessions and 4 clearances. in a year or 2 he will be a very good mid.

Great game by Conca. Some of the stick he gets on her is so unwarranted. Conca ----> Caddy.

Getting better and starting to get one touch ability in traffic. Handball ability below his knees is exceptional.

Last three weeks averaging 23 touches, 4 clearances, 4 tackles. Needs to finish of the year like this. I definitely think he can be a important part of a very good midfield rotation.

His work in traffic is definitely improving. We still need to find another 4 or so mids in the next couple of drafts. As promising as Conca and Elis look if they both come on they may be simply replacing Tuck (can't go on forever) and Foley (if he doesn't recover from injury). Need to add a lot more depth.

have no doubt we'll target at least 3-4 mids in this coming draft, also have free agency and trades etc

Haven't given up on him yet. Tries hard but needs more composure and polish. 2013 will be make or break for him.

He can win he ball, but needs to use it to far greater effect. Too many errors today.

Another 21 touches, few clearances. Not sure what people want from this kid. Week by week more negative comments.

Only worry I see with him is he can rush his kicking but I see that improving with experience.
