I reckon we should pick broomhead. hes the kind of player you could build a side around.

Sorry Scoop, but could you elaborate on this at all? Apart from the AIS debacle I've only heard good things about Dayle's attitude, though it's highly likely I'm missing something.
I should specify that I'm a big Garlett advocate. Would love him at 9. I remember a couple of times we've passed on players for attitude problems... Darling... Franklin... Are Garlett's issues so bad that you would pass him up at 9 despite him probably being a top 5 talent?

Who would you be most keen on at 8 (keeping in mind Macrae may go at 7)?

If it goes like that and Macrae is gone at 9 I would hope we would consider Hrovat but we will probably go with Vlastuin

Watch out for the dual position midfielders. The likes of Stringer, Garner, Menzel, Plowman and even Membery are all a chance to rise up the rankings given that interchanges will almost certainly be capped from 2014 onwards. These guys can all play the 3rd forward position and Plowman the 3rd defeder role very effectively. I can see all these guys going in the top 12 to 13 now.
