Pick 53: Jack Graham

It's a shame he has had an interrupted pre season.

Big body and one who could have had an immediate impact.

Really interesting player to me, is he the classic man child who doesn't make the grade or is he the Swallow type who doesn't look pretty or appear to have many tricks but simply gets the job done ? Time will tell and he has a couple of great traits for the midfield , a tank, toughness and clean hands

Agree CC.When I watched the Champs he reminded me of Nathan Jones.Nothing flash but a workhorse with a huge appetite for the footy.

I dont mind him being (a little) injured. His whole junior career, he would have dominated as the big guy.

Now he's learning the humility of not playing. Will hopefully do him good and push him harder.

Love to see him debut asap, I trust he will get a fair go and not be watching serial underperformers get gifted games in the firsts while he rots in the seconds for years before ultimately being delisted.

He will kill it in the middle for the VFL then get promoted and played down back in the ones to "round out his game".

He won't perform as well and be dropped the next week.

It's the Richmond Way.

Hate to tell you this but if he does debut asap, he probably is also being gifted games

I'm Happy to see Jack played all year in the VFL and get a really good preseason under his belt next year then be played in 2018

Im expecting him to be a Joel Selwood type player

Would be good to see him get a good run 4-5-6 games at VFL level, if the seniors are rocking, then he will have to wait for his chance. IF we get of one our infamous horror starts then expect to see him playing before round 8.... if he can avoid a reassurance of his soft tissue injuries.

I suspect he is a younger Miles upgrade.
