That under 22 team is a total *smile*ing joke.

I was disappointed Vlas isn't an option, but I was red hot seething when I realised McBean wasn't in there.

Surely Liam is a lock for the main AA side, that's obviously why he has been left out.

Agreed. Went to the the Tiges v Giants game last week and albeit against inferior opposition (although he's actually younger than nearly all the Giants players) Flossy looks a class above.

With apologies to Big Kev, "I'm excited!"
He does have the advantage of having a good team with a mix of experience and talent around him. He went in hard too, something only Taylor Adams from the Giants seemed to do on the other side.

This bloke excites me more than Dusty did in his first year.

Going to be an absolute pearler.

Flossy looked in very good nick tonight. Looking very professional. His aerial game is really blooming. Looking very good in the lead up to the finals.

He's already such a good contributer. Just so smart and composed, rarely stuffs up. When he's got a big enough tank to rack up 25-30 possessions consistently he'll be in our top 3-4 players IMO

Whilst I believe he had a good game he still had several handballs intercepted and it was when he was trying the high looping handball that things came unstuck. He is a ripper how hard he goes back in to fix a mistake.

Nick Vlaustuin, rising star?

Why is there no talk about Nick in contention for the rising star?

He has been sensational this year, in a team that has won 15 games, he has been an integral part and amazingly consistent.

Whilst O"Meara has been good, surely Nick has been better?

Re: Nick Vlaustuin, rising star?

Yeah nah, too workmanlike, too unfashionable, same reason he slipped to pick 9

Should be top 5 though

Re: Nick Vlaustuin, rising star?

He's not a flashy player so won't get the kudos, but he's definsivley and offensively minded. A perfect half
back

He was not in the top 10 of one article I read today - what a joke!
