Embarrassing display from Nick so far.

Getting lead to the ball every time.

And he looks far too chubby & slow.

Trade.

Mate, you're getting cause and effect around the complete wrong way.

He's clicked off because of the many things you've already posted re: his use by the coach.

Scooper, effort wasn't there from 20 players, they sent a message to the board today.

If you trade nick for that you trade all bar 3 or 4.

It aint the players in most cases here.

I will say first time I saw him at a centre square bounce (think it was the last quarter) he got a clearance and then was involved in us getting another a couple of minutes later. Mind boggling that we had Short and Lloyd rotating through the middle before Vloss got a look in.

Not mind boggling at all. Do you need reminding of who were in the coaches box?

You're right, Leysy. Can't judge a damn thing about anybody in that game. They started the off season a week early.

Those who were close to the fence in the last few Richmond matches could see the frustration in the eyes of the players as they tried to follow the instructions of fools.

It almost reminds you of 100 years ago when the troops in the trenches had to grit their teeth and go over the top into almost certain death following the orders of idiots who kept thinking that doing the same futile, failed thing again and again and again will somehow work this time.

Nothing like it imo. One is life and death. Unimaginable suffering. Atrocious conditions. The other is a game where people are pampered and well rewarded regardless of efforts and results.

On his aims for 2017

Hopefully, I can get a bit more midfield time if one of the boys gets injured in there. When ‘Cotch’ (Trent Cotchin) hurt himself (during the season), I got a bit of time in there, which was a bit of fun.”

"If one of the boys gets injured" :hihi

Obviously needs to set himself a bit of summer time n pre season home work. Nail some bastard in the mid field so I can get his job.

Ho Hum what at totally ridiculous comparison.

I get what you're driving at DC

I can go easy on the coaches for playing him down back most of the year, I mean just remember the injuries we had to our backline, we kinda needed him down there.

Yes he is a good midfielder, but footballers are footballers, they can play more than one role. Most footballers arent destined to play in one role/position and one only.

That being said I hope he gets more mid time, but he may not with Prestia coming in.

That's so damning on Hardwick. Vlastuin knows as long as Dimma is in charge, he's a back.

Depressing.

Callum Mills i believe won his rising star nomination in the backline and had never played there before.

I've mentioned earlier that I am a Nick Vlastuin h8tr. But I can see why Leysy would advocate a simple trial in the midfield.

TOT will speak his mind in the off season.

This is shaping up.

*smile*.
