Nankervis !!

Super news. It looks like everyone is keen to stay and enjoy some more of the good times. Hopefully the guys are signing ng on for reasonable wages so they can keep the band together.

An extra year added. I think we would have given a nice pay rise for this year so that we can get him on the cheap for the extra year. As our list matures we will need as much room as possible.

At Sydney, Naismith has done his ACL and is out for the season. Sinclair is in doubt for round 1, Tippett has retired, and Nankervis is at Richmond.

Shades of Carlton when they traded out Sauce due to their extensive ruck depth...

Love his agression, late in the practice game and still deliberately bumping blokes in his direct path

He reminds me a bit of Mumford the way he tackles and bumps at ball ups. Always looking for contact.

has shed 4kg in the off/pre season. From 106 to 102 expecting more marks, disposals and goals from Nank this year.

I'm a little worried with the work load for the big man.
I know a few other players chip in but I think in a months or two we should bring Soldo in to wax with him during games.
I don't want me burning out season end.

I e been saying and agree with you se7en.

Starts next week with the short break against Collingwood with the best ruckman so far in Grundy who works hard like a midfielder and Cox.

Soldo or another tall forward???

I’ve been worried but not so much after last night. Yawn killed it last night yet had no influence on he outcome.

Nank will be given a chop out at times. It will be interesting to see how they go about it.

I thought he was great last night, especially his follow up work at ground level, considering the height disparity with Gawn, he played well.
