Where are his eyes? Looking straight at the GWS player's head, elbow out and going for the head. FFS I can't even see how this is incidental, it is clear what he is doing.

DS
the photo says it all... and look at his face! the footage is even worse, he lines him up..
Potential to cause harm, isn’t that a thing?
if that isn't potential to cause injury nothing is..
maybe the GWS guy gets hurt and doesn't bounce back up Selwood goes... this is where they get favours.
High, intentional, medium impact, potential to cause injury. 3 weeks plus one for being a serial *smile*
I'm astounded Dog Selwood is not given games for this ...

Duckwood is not only a MRP darling, he's an umpire darling too.

Comparing players who played a lot games such as Burgoyne who has played 404 games and received 0.62 free kicks a game, Mundy 351 games for 0.67 free kicks a game............. Duckwood, 328 games for 2.55 free kicks a game.........almost 2 more free kicks a game !!!!

And he has the nerve to continually whinge to the umpires.

When he retires we'll probably have to put up with him in the media !!!!

This is embarrassing really and it’s a lot more important then us Tigers having a little dig. One is player with ball and reflex action , the other is deliberately bumping in the head .

Heads do need to roll ,this is just such an embarrassment now

Only if it’s a Richmond player charged. We seem to have our own special chapt in the rule book when it comes to charges.
But seriously, has any player from any other team been charged with the “ potential” *smile*?

At least we'll have our mute button handy for when that day arrives.

Only cause it was graded careless v intentional. It’s got me stuffed.
He tried to put his hip through a players head who was attempting to pick up the ball. Dumb luck that he didn’t knock him out. Protect the head hey AFL?

Toby will get off, nothing surer. It’s the same as the Fritsch elbow. Its galling when you look at the Soldo and Pickett suspensions.
we need that Selwood image posted everywhere to embarrass the AFL

I reckon they gave him 2 so they can reduce it to 1.

As infuriating as the inconsistency is,

we don't want consistent incompetence.

even though Buddy, and Danger, and Selwood and Hawkins do it all the time,

you simply can't raise your elbow and bust blokes Adams apples.

I'd rather 4 blokes have carte blanche to be dangerous *smile* and consistently contradict The AFL's rhetorical core principle of 'protect the head',

than stop protecting the head all together.

at the end of the day, Toby Greene, as superb a footballer as he is,

is a dirty little *smile* who kicks people in the face and elbows them in the throat.

he has to go.

That's a very telling photo.

The head is sacrosanct except when a Geesoock player is the offender.

Where's the "potential for further injury" line, bulltish that was trotted out for Marlion.
Didn’t he do something similar to Mansell? It’s GJR all over again, hit blokes in the head twice and only stopped after a 3rd one when he got a token suspension.
