The knock on him is that he's lazy and doesn't chase.
He will need a defensive side to him to get a game as a small forward.

Heard from a good source that we had Matty Mc earmarked at 33 but we got word that Essendon wanted to take McBean with the next pick. After the Houli and Helbig win I wouldn't pass it on if the source wasn't very credible.

Heard from a good source that we had Matty Mc earmarked at 33 but we got word that Essendon wanted to take McBean with the next pick. After the Houli and Helbig win I wouldn't pass it on if the source wasn't very credible.

How do we get that word? Is Dudoro whispering too loud: "Awesome! Only one more pick and we get McBean!"

Essendon could have indicated to McBean they would get him with their 2nd rounder if there. We could have told Jelly we'd get him with a later pick. Jelly is a die hard Richmond supporter.

The bit I liked of that story was when we stuck it to Essendon. Probably best they didn't get him anyway because their fans would have compared him to Kepler Bradley
