There is something to these guys that give their all but suffer from absolute clangers. Cochin is another one. As long as Thomas keeps getting the pill and giving his all he is an automatic in for mine.

I agree he does his job, but the players that he should be giving the ball to to add the class with the foot, are just not there. Grigg (15), Newman (6), Ellis (16) etc, these are the ones that need to step up a bit and show the run and carry, but they are not providing that at all.

Love his determination but playing on someone like Pendelbery Dimma you got it wrong. Maybe he should have been tagging someone slow like Ball.

You have got to be kidding. Absolutely deplorable performance. The decision to play a limited, slow of mind player on pendlebury was even more deplorable. The decision to upgrade him over miles even worse. There are as many dumb off field decisions being made as there are on field….!

Unskilled trier. Goes to ground. One paced. Nothing on the spread, poor by foot. Slow on transition. Ball watches. Poor mans Jackson, can only carry one of those types.

Tagged Pendles early got slaughtered. Bought in as insurance and ends up in best 22.

100% agree. Can see why Port delisted him. Too slow; ineffective disposal - would dominate slower secondary comp but found out in AFL. Exactly what's happened.
