Luke McGuane

Collo's better off being compared to someone like Meyer rather than a 100gamer like McGun

As has been the norm, he's barely played a game at any level Tooheys.

Anyways, leysy's long given up that ghost. After 9 long years it might be time to put your hands up on this one as well. ;D

100 games of footy is a fair achievement for Muscles. At least we have the father/son to look forward to. ;D
Unfortunately for him it looks at an end.

Danny Meyer was just misunderstood like Jack Watts.

Yeah, no digs personally at him mate. He's given his all & sounds like a good guy.

He's also possibly the luckiest person ever to be drafted to when he came to us. At NO other club would he have played that many games & earnt all the money he has from the game.

i think that's more an indictment on the RFC than mcguane. the worst RFC player to reach 100 games since brian leys.

might explain why he was gifted so many games late last year and early this year :rofl

McGuane
Ranked 19th in Total Marks Inside 50
Avg 1.6 Goals and game (ranked 28th)

A.Edwards has a lot of work to do to match this

They are AFL Stats right, not RFC

Past 4 games: 20 kicks, 13 marks, 13handballs, 3 goals 2 behinds, 6 hit outs, 7 tackles, 2 uncontested marks. 0 frees for, 4 frees against

A Edwards has little work to do to match this.

Well done old man. ;D

McGuane dropped to Coburg and guess what? Coburg finally win a game.
I didn't see the game but from the reposts I heard McGuane was good.
Think I few people here might be taking back what they said earlier.
Looking forward to see this gun back in the side next week. 8-

Yep n Nacho was good as well, both back next week after we get pantsed by wet coke .

yeah yeah luke and nahas do the occasional good thing..BUT shouldnt we be sick to death of good average players who occasionally play a good game and put their all each week??/ ellis, martin, vlustian etc should set the bar for the standard we expect from every player in the team....id rather we desperatly look for at least a motlop or steele sidbottom etc than continue to hang onto these good average hard working, but skill less players...we have 8 or 9 of them in the side every week....

One of the reason I like Luke is because he gives it his all no matter where he plays. He's not one to spit the dummy if dropped to Coburg or play like he's a god. Tivendale was another who from all reports played as committed in coburg as he did in the firsts. Thats the attitude you need around the club to succeed.
