Equal 3rd in the Coleman, behind the 2 Riewoldts. Clearly Nick wont keep kicking goals, so a 1-2 finish, J. Riewoldt & L.McGuane is looking a real possibility IMO.

A key factor in finally beating Carlton in our season-opener was we out-muscled them. When Robinson bit the dust early I knew the tide had turned. That "pr*ck" has given it to us every time in recent seasons.
We now have mongrel all over the ground. Vickery, McGuane up forward. Maric, Tuck midfield. Chaplin, Morris defence. Jackson, Martin, King versatility.
What it does is allow our highly skilled players like Cotchin, Deledio and Jack better protection and room to strut their stuff. Now if only Foley can come back close to 100% this Tigers outfit will really start to hum again.

Baloo said:Its not like he's doing anything new. All that's changed is the club have finally moved him to his natural position on the field.

When the time comes that a better player in better form takes his spot - that will be a sign that we are a better side.
But for now he's justifying his contract and full credit to him and the Club.
100% on the money BBgun. You're spending so much time around here I'm getting the weird feeling you're sneakily wearing tiger jocks. Have you given up on your mob now that million dollar Mick has them to the nether regions of the ladder.BluesBloke said:I think what he's been doing off the ball is as important as what he's doing with the ball. His goals have been handy but his pressure acts and hard work without the footy have been good too and it's showing overall.
