Liam McBean

Sounds like young Lima followed a fair bit of The Process Between Our Four Walls in the wooden heads.

I know theres bean couple of superlatives thrown around about this kid. But if he dont play this week, he never will.

Liam will be selected tonight ;)

(I just added the wink to make it look like I actually "know", I think it adds good effect ;) )

If they promote A Moore instead of McBean - I simply won't be watching the game live or in replay. Sooky la-la maybe, but it's the little details that make the story for me. The club must demonstrate that they are moving forward, that they are prepared to accept change, accept that they have made mistakes, for if they can't do this, we will be stuck in the mire until such time that there is a spill at the very top.

Selecting Moore before McBean and or Castagna will be further evidence of the club's stubbornness and reluctance to accept they may have got it wrong. Yeah, maybe I'm reading into it too much - but that's just how I feel.

There is absolutely no comprehensible reason not to promote McBean this week.

1. His main competitor in the seniors has been in terrible form, and displayed a number of worrying behaviours on the weekend towards his teammates
2. He played a good game by all reports on the weekend
3. We aren't aiming for finals anymore, so this is a perfect time to test our youngsters

If he isn't selected this weekend- I have serious concerns about the Selection Commitee's decision making.

Hardwick just said it will happen some time this season.
This week is as good as any Dimma

His words were "at some stage"

It's an assurance that he will, not a guarantee. So it's not really a binding agreement, more like a possibility...

Has to be dropped on this alone. Just not acceptable. I reckon there's been some friction for a while between Vickery and team mates.

I'll put forward another view for a laugh.

I want McBean to get a run, but I doubt it will be this week.

If we want to trade out Vickery and at least get a reasonable deal, he really needs to play.

Given all the negative press about him this week, do you completely destroy his confidence by dropping him.

Do we not just look like we are bowing to outside pressure and look even more foolish for doing so.

Do clubs who may be interested think they are going to get a steal.

I hope McBean plays but it's never what it seems

I'd rather give McBean games in the hope he'll stick around than inflate the rainbow pony's value.

You think clubs are really that dumb? If a club wants him they'll take him whatever happens from here on at the Tigers. Doubt we'll get anything for Vickery now, we needed to offload him 2 years ago.
