However, you better watch out for admitting the fact that you know Chelsea....

Er, he just said he didn't know her didn't he?

Yeah, my mistake.
But still...he knows that Chelsea is female, which is more than I knew...so...

So are we having that vote we were talking about?
Or are you and Antman just going to apologise and move on? ;D

Yeah, I reckon one of the guys who agrees with you a lot saying he knows this ex-poster was a female (even though he doesn't actually know her) is far more convincing than all the other coincidences.

So firstly I am a liar...now you reckon Poppa is one, eh? ::)

You're getting more deluded by the day, Disco.

Without knowing a person, how exactly can you know anything about them, unless of course they're famous or a friend of a friend?

Sorry Livers, too much evidence to be coincidental IMO. I'd like to believe you but my mind's idea of common sense and reason keeps telling me otherwise. If this is delusion on my behalf I don't see why you need to bother responding because my thoughts would be totally meaningless.

No you wouldn't....so stop bullsh!tting! :hihi

And while I am disapointed this topic has been raised AGAIN, I have to say one positive to come out of it with this stance of yours is that you are now trying to put "evidence" ahead of a 'person's testimony' which is far different to your stance on another particular thread.
Maybe you are starting to come around to my way of thinking....or maybe Poppa didn't put enough 'nigger brown' shoe polish on his face before he gave his testimony. ;)

*smile* I love this forum! 8)

I'm serious Livers. I would far prefer to think you didn't need to make another account to support your own views.

As for your little spiel, I could apply the same logic to you, no? Maybe now you can understand how annoying it is when people totally discredit your personal testimony (even though the evidence supports the personal testimony in the cases we've been discussing, unlike this situation).

I think over 6,000 posts on here under my pseudonym of "Liverpool" pretty much proves I don't need an alias to hide my true beliefs.

Anyway I'll let you have the last word on this topic and then hopefully we can banish it for another year and let the thread revert back to what it is here for, and that is talking about "Justice" (or the lack thereof).

I guess we need more "understanding" for this Aboriginal perp:

Granny-basher Ashley Wayne Brooks' gets longer detention term
County Court judge David Parsons sentenced Brooks, then 19, to a two-year youth justice centre order in February, saying he was too skinny and vulnerable for adult prison.

...remember this one:

Too fat for jail - medical report
http://www.news.com.au/heraldsun/story/0,21985,23562972-661,00.html

Why don't the judges stop pissing in everyone's pockets and just come out and say what it really is all about:

TOO BLACK FOR JAIL

:spin

In the second case you'd have to show that non-indigenous people of similar weight and health concerns haven't received similar consideration to be able to pass your judgment the way you have. Can you?

Agree that the first case is ridiculous.

Can't find anything Disco....looks like he is the man ;)

Nah, it looks like you're jumping to conclusions again then.

What other conclusion could there be?

We have a black skinny man getting out of going to jail....and a black fat man getting out of going to jail.
Name the constant in this pattern.... ;)

The constant pattern is Liverpool sees anything to do with indigenous people and immediate makes inane assumptions that are usually completely wrong and quite obviously influenced by your bias against them.

You want the judges to stop 'pissing in peoples pockets' but in this case the judge was acting on the advice provided by medical experts - not his own opinion.

You said you couldn't find anything, but clearly you didn't want to find anything. When I Google 'too fat for jail' it shows any number of examples of people who have either escaped sentencing or been released because of their weight.

They are both male. Typical.

Not at all.
We have an Aboriginal 'too skinny' for jail...yet not too skinny to beat the crap out of a grandma.
We have an Aboriginal 'too fat' for jail...yet not too fat to assault someone.

That isn't an assumption....that is fact.

And judges always take the side of the 'experts' when making their decision?

Well, I couldn't find an example of someone who was walking around assaulting people being classed as 'too fat for jail'.
Sure, I don't deny that there are other examples of other people being classed 'too fat for jail' but these are usually people who are drug dealing from their home or committing other offences at their home, because they were too fat to leave home to begin with.
In the case of this Aboriginal bloke.....he wasn't fat enough to walk down the street and belt someone, yet is all of a sudden too fat to do the time.

Your assumption was that both these cases were influenced by the person's ethnicity. LOL.

As a quick search shows they routinely do in cases where an individual's weight may cause further health risks if the person is incarcerated.

LOL, no they're not.

And you're positive they're not?

I wonder if 9 non-Aborigines raped a 10-year old girl whether they would have escaped jail...what do you think?

And how many non-Aborigines have escaped jail time for being 'too skinny'?

Oh, if the bloke is house-bound then I can understand that.....but hey, this Aboriginal bloke was walking down the street.

Half-ton murder suspect 'too fat for jail'
The bedridden woman, who weighs nearly half a ton - 1,000 pounds or over 71 stone - is accused of killing her two-year-old nephew
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/northamerica/usa/2603492/Murder-suspect-too-fat-for-jail.html

...and the other ones were of prisoners who got out of jail early for being too fat (but had obviously been sent there to begin with).
