So its a nickname you have for Muslims? Gotcha. That was all I was looking for. I just couldn't for the life of me work out why you were doing it. I understand your use of 'The Chairman', but referring to Muslims as 'Islams' is beyond me.
As you were.

No stress mate.
As long as i don't refer to them as 'ragheads' then all should be o.k ;D

Good point = Protestants and Catholics.

Never thought about that before. I guess we also have Sunnis and Shias in the Islamic world.

Or is that the Muslim world? :hihi

This has led to the joke:

"The weather in England is a bit like the Middle East - it's either sunni or it's shiate."

:blah

Probably the most interest point about this little quirk of yours Livers is that Chelsea used exactly the same incorrect phrasing. Remarkable.

Not that remarkable considering there are hundreds, if not thousands, of people on the internet who (mistakenly?) use this term. An handful of examples:

So not that remarkable as you claim.

Thought you were onto something there, didn't you? :spin :hihi

lol, whatever you reckon mate.

Same IP address as Livers - check
Football related username, just like Livers - check
Agrees with everything Livers says - check
First post just happened to be agreeing with Livers - check
Hasn't posted since people brought up the possibility this might be Livers in disguise - check
Writes in a style very similar to Livers - check
Makes the same quirky errors as Livers - check

:spin

BTW - Link 1 no one makes the mistake, they just point out that it is a mistake. 2, they use the word Islams as an indication of more than one Islamic religion, not to describe adherents of the faith. 3, they just forget to use the possessive apostrophe, ie Islam's. 4, that's a question asked 16 hours. Not you is it? 5, describes multiple version of Islam. 6, fair enough. 7, see 3. 8, see 2. 9, see 8. 10, you can't use apostrophes in web addresses and 11, see 7.

So, two actual examples of the way you and Chelsea both wrongly describe Muslims on the whole of the interweb. I'd say that's more than remarkable mate.

I've discussed it here before Disco

Funny, over a year ago and still people like yourself are bleating about it.

Must be running out of arguments with me if you have to bring this old chestnut up again? :hihi

Yes, which begs the question....why point it out if it is only Chelsea and I that supposedly use this term, so much so that you find it 'remarkable'? ;)

Keep digging Disco.

lol, you're the one who posted 11 links to mostly irrelevant sites to support yourself and I'm digging? The link is about a book that corrects heaps of errors, many of which only very few people make, just like calling Muslims Islams.

I only brought it up because you told me you'd already stated your solution for the threat of Islam and didn't want to repost it so I started reading through this thread again trying to find your answers. I thought it was pretty amazing given the list of other 'coincidences'.

Very few people? :spin
So few they put it in a book...eh?

Oh well...seems you are easily 'amazed' and find things 'remarkable' easily as well. :hihi

Should we have a vote on the general board? I'll put up the evidence and we'll see how many people think you and Chelsea are two different people.

As for the book - one of their other mistakes is people saying 'cut of tea' instead of 'cup of tea'. See that one all the time too, don't we?

Like I said, it's only remarkable when combined with all the other coincidences. On it's own it wouldn't mean anything. :)

And whats a vote going to prove?

People who agree with me on topics will maybe vote for me...people like you who constantly disagree with my opinions will vote against me.
So your 'vote' won't have anything to do with the said question...it just becomes a popularity vote...and I doubt that I would win that on this forum, but thats fine. I have my opinions and I stand by them.

But if you want to do it...I can't stop you so go for it.

There was a thread about a year ago on the topic and everyone had their say, the 'tester' gave their professional opinion, and the thread was duly closed.

However, if you want to raise this topic again 1 year later...go for it!

Chelsea is a female. I know this for a fact.
Now all it needs is for Livers to prove he is a male.
Case Solved.

Well, I could drop my drawers and post a HD photo but apart from getting Rosy and the rest of the females all excited mate... :hihi...I'd get myself banned.

However, you better watch out for admitting the fact that you know Chelsea....I didn't even know if it was a he or a she (now we know I guess) so you know more than what I do....so Disco might start accusing you next of being 'her'. :spin

Nah, it was a joke Livers.

Yeah, it was a joke this whole saga....and Liverpool gets the last laugh again :cutelaugh
