gonna be an exciting draft period without the parasites sucking up all the picks.

Hurry up season, end already.

:hihi

Anyone got an opinion on Oliver Wines?

Jake Stringer with a bag of 10 today for the Pioneers.

Broke his leg last year but a top 10 pick for sure this year.

Looks like he's come back well from the broken leg, no doubt he'll be up at the pointy end of this years draft.

If Stringer was available at our pick, would you take him over a mid?

Just came across the scores for the U18 Australian international match a fortnight ago.

European Titans: 0.0 (0) 0.1 (1) 0.2 (2) 1.4 (10)

Goal Kickers
Australia U18s: J. Stewart 6, J. Stringer 3, T. Membrey 2, E. Irra 2, O. Wines 2, L. Wilkins 2, J. Bourke 2, T. Smith 2, B. Grundy 2, L.Whitfield, N. Vlastuin, J. Toumpas, T. Menzel
European Titans: G. Patacq

Best
Australia U18s: J. Stringer, J. Stewart, J. Bourke, L. Plowman, E. Irra, L. Whitfield, N. Vlastuin, J. Pongracic

Maybe the game was a little one sided!

He's a utility isn't he...soooo can play midfield? Some of the BF pundits have Wines as BOG anyway over Stringer yesterday. Very likely to be around at our pick.

Sounds like he's got the versatility.

From Twitter.

"Joey Daniher's output for Calder: 20 touches, 9 marks, 8 hitouts and 7.2. This in his second full match in 18 months. Wow."

The Bombers will lock him away with a pick between 10-18 this year. Massive steal.

Watched Beaumaris v Oakleigh in B Grade Amatuers on Saturday. I don't usually get carried away but Beaumaris have a full back that absolutely dominated. His name is Boyd and wears number 22. I found out he is only 19. Must be 194 approx and marked everything and moved very well. Oakleigh just couldn't get the ball past him. Sometimes you just have it and this kid is a gun defender in the making. Excellent size to him and will fill out more as he developes. As I said, I don't usually get carried away but this kid was just that good.

It will be interesting to see how he goes once he gets an opportunity in the midfield.

Anyone who has seen him, is he quick and mobile? Could be that high half forward we desperately need.

A mate coached Stringer as a junior a couple of years ago. Said it then that he was a absolute superstar. Comes from a basketball backround. Would love him at punt road

Super athlete apparently. Got it all. Plus a foot long steel rod in his leg.
