Juniors to watch - 2012

It's a shame he isn't another couple inches taller. Nevertheless, I still think he will go pretty high in the draft. He's going to be a bloody good player.

I saw Chargers a couple times this year. THey have a great group of midfiellders. All are quick with good hands.

I wouldn't be surprised if they kick away this 1/4

Commentators were saying OC's got some better quality players but GP have gelled better over time. Not taking their chances GP

Macrae showing his talents again, elevating himself further up the pecking order.

Membrey competing well. Really like the look of him if he falls to second round.

His is flying isn't he? Just rocketing. I think he has only scratched the surface with what he can do. Will go top 10.

Real talent, barely seen him lose a contest.

Only watched the 2nd half , but what a bloody ripper game. Will be a fair amount of AFL talent to emerge from those two teams.

I was thinking that myself, his kicking is very nice. Good to see Membrey has had some more ink done on that tatt aswell ! :hihi

He's a ripper McCrae.

Really good standard of footy wasn't it. Some years either of those teams would probably be good enough to beat Vic Metro. Jaksch was very disapointing in the 2nd half. For some reason the coach seemed to be playing him back.

I thought Jaksch was a defender evo?

How slick was the ball movement? It was zinging.

I have flipped on McCrae, I am all in. More then happy to take him at 9. This pick 9 has about 10-12 names in the frame. Every year I have always picked a player I thought was clear cut the best for our needs, this year I can't.

Would you be happy to nab say a Macrae with #9 this year Scoopy then throw the sink at Tyson next year

I would be hope with either of the two. But going hard at Tyson next year will happen regardless I think. It's sharp work by the club to get in early. Most of the work getting a player over the line is done well before the public gets wind out it. GWS would have went running to the papers about the Cotchin offer as soon as they heard about us chasing Tyson. Who knows how long we hard been talking to him.

But Tyson and McRae are the exact types we need. Ball winners with class. I still like Oliver Wines as this type as well. Think Vlaustin is a slight drop in class but the same type.

Ta for that geez i hope Vlastuin drops in class enough for our second rounder ;D

Think he'll be gone before 29. But you never know.

After watching last night and the impact Cyril had, I kept thinking of Dayle Garlet. He could be look Cyril but more midfield. This boy is the biggest question mark of the entire draft. Could go top 6, could be on the board at 29.

For anyone interested here's the link to the TAC Grand Final

Thanks for the reference it was a good watch. The boy who caught my attention was "piggy Hams" he reminds me of Sloane (perhaps the hair). He is not in any of the mock drafts so is he underage?
