Lost patience with his sheer laziness, lack of second efforts and non existent defensive qualities. He'll be one of those sportsmen in 20 years time that will regret not having given the AFL bigtime his best shot.
Drop and don't play him again. Replace with Hughes for the rest of the season.

That was Wallace's original plan anyway when he first took over...remember he was playing on Hammill when he got drilled into the Dome turf and got injured?
Schulz was going to be our answer for CHB.

Has only done better twice in 48 games (1 x 13 and 1 x 12).
Hughes has already done better three times in his 8 games. Why Schulz plays in front of him is a mystery to me.
Jack kicks 3 goals in his third game and Sarge has only done it three times in his 48 games.
Three tall forwards, two look like they have potential and the other ..............

In fairness to Schulz it is hard to play along side Richo. Richo keeps getting in his way, JR was just lucky Richo didn't get in his way.
It's similar situation down at the Saints - Reiwoldt, Gehrig And Kossie just can't play in the same team together as they are forever getting in each others way.

It's fascinating to watch Schulz and Richo in the forward line together. They both start in different places, and end up at the ball at the same time. Most of the time, because Richo has drifted into Jay's turf.
I love Richo as much as the next guy, but he's undisciplined when it comes to forward line structure. He needs to own a certain area, and STAY THE *smile* IN IT. This will then open up our forward line, give the midfielders more options to kick to, and let the other talls do their stuff.
Jay played a reasonable game today, liked his work rate despite the rubbish delivery, and being steamrolled by Richo every second entry inside 50.
