Jesse Hogan kicked a bag on Batchelor today.

Regardless, I'd still bring him in for Astbury.

Hulk hogan (again) is a key position forward. When was the last time your saw Enright or Corey start on cloke?
We are destroying this kid playing him on the power forwards.

Really? When the Aints have a fairly small nippy forward line?

Exactly Zips. Batchelor should be playing as the loose across half back and intercepting all the kicks coming into the backline. He's a calming influence and IIRC his game against Collingwood last year he was one of the best at being that loose behind the ball.

N.Riewoldt, Kosi and maybe Muston.....might need him even if Chappy plays.

You mean Maister? He'll still be out injured.

Went looking on the Melbourne list to check HULK Hogan's size.
It was hard because he wasn't listed since he can't play till 2014 because he's too young.
Finally found a mini-draft item that said he was 193cm and 91 kg.
Comparison of Cloke and Hogan. :rofl

Pfft, letting facts get in the way of an illogical rant.......

Re: Pick 30 - Jake Batchelor

Should slot straight back in this week. Shouldn't have been kept out against the Dogs.

We don't play batch on their monster forwards, we usually play him on their third tall.

Hardwick knows he's not a first tall defender, but even Corey and enright have to play on someone.

Re: Pick 30 - Jake Batchelor

Still dunno about this bloke
Can do things brilliantly at times but then looks very unsafe at other times such as when he gets caught on his right side
And at ground level he worries me

Re: Pick 30 - Jake Batchelor

I thought he was really good, besides one *smile* kick.
He always sits in the right spot and cuts out passes.
Good player
