I think Jack expected him to bend down and pick it up. There's a definite widening of the eyes when Rance decided to kick it off the deck. His post match interview of Fox was hysterical. Dermie and King couldn't get over how laid back he was during the whole thing. If they ever make a Taken 4, Ivan needs to be cast as one of the baddies in it.
