So true.
Even better.

Phantom said:To me, Damien Hardwick has been my preferred candidate for the job probably since late last year.
However, regardless of my gutfeel. I couldn't be certain based on the fact that I didn't know Hardwick nearly well enough.
It is good to see that a thorough selection process has corroborated my initial thoughts.
I hope the Tiges now go to work to build the supporting structures that Damiem will need to make himself effective.
To me, the Director Of Coaching will be important, as well as the Development, Specialist & Fitness & Conditioning Coaches too.
Because out main areas of focus should be How to:
1. Improve at a Strategic level (Long term)
2. Gain earlier development of what is a list heavily positioned in the 18-23yo age bracket.
3. Improve the Football Skills & Nous of our players.
4. Get our boys to run for 30 minutes per quarter, instead of 15 minutes per quarter.
5. Match our opposition physically.
