Goodbye Mabior Chol

Out for 2 *smile* months! First disappointment of the season for me. Really wanted to see Cholly develop in the 1sts gradually, now this.

Yer, so unfortunate, but another tough part of being an AFL player. He'll be back; promising future ahead of him.

He'll need to be upgraded to the main list next year so it's disappointing he may not get to make a strong case over the rest of the year. He was starting to put it together, but Balta, CuJo (and Lynch) could shoot past him.

Funny how players become better when not available, and not sure how he fits in to our current setup, his future appears to be as a No. 1 ruck, this is a minor setback in the scheme of things.

He is improving which is great but a fair way off AFL standard still. Got ime though.

Great chance for Mabior to spend two months in the gym and build strength and size.

I would have thought he has shown enough this year to be promoted.

Any news on the state of Chols contract ?
I think this is the last year he can stay on our Rooiie list

Found it interesting Moore’s contract was announced but Marbior’s wasn’t.
Watched him in Wangaratta in the preseason and for the first time he looked like he had really stepped up.

Some passages of play were in fact sublime, like he was born to play the game.
