Freezer, I think its dumb, cos you can see the flag in the greens.
You may be 80 out and the bloody pin is hidden from view
You spend a heap of time walking up to have a look and see where the bunkers are, where the pin is, where the trouble is.

We can just tell him he's getting some form of assistance from the government, maybe a tax rebate for having to pay for all those airfares.
 
Just in, Allenby is now griping about the texture of toilet paper on the tour. Apparently we cheap bastards in Australia only use 2 ply, but they get 5 ply on the PGA Tour in the US. If we are fair dinkum about attracting the best in the world he says, we need to wipe out this injustice and get our sh1t together with a better ply!

I think he went further and said he should be assigned a PA by the Australian PGA to use said 2 or 5 ply toilet paper on his behalf.
 
Birdied 9 an 10 to go 4 up in pennant today...then had to birdie 18 to win 1 up ;D then find out it was pointless as the rest of the team lost :(
 
Allenby at it again. Who can blame him though, you blokes in Melbourne are a bit over the top.
 
I loved the comment Allenby made re the raucous behavior.

Relative to his other golf skills, is Robert Allenby the worst putter you've ever seen ? Snags the odd long putt, but otherwise, the amount of 4ft to 10ft putts he misses is incredible. How can a bloke of his standing who has played the game for so long, with all the coaching assistance etc that he has at his beck and call continually play with that "wafty" accross the line putting stroke ?

Honestly, how hard is it to get him to putt with a proper shoulder pendulum action rather than that absurd accross the line action that is more akin to a swing with an iron.

Geez it frustrates me watching him putt.
