Last night I went and played a few holes at my club. 3 guys were about to go off on the 1st tee so I walked 100 yards to the practice green for a while to let them get well ahead of me. I spent 15 minutes on the practice green.

I go back to the 1st tee, hit off and I’m almost at my ball on the 1st fairway when I see these plodding clowns walking off the front of the 2nd tee. Ffs…that’s nearly 20 minutes I’ve given them and they’ve only played one hole. That would equate to something like a 5 hour 30 minute round in a group of 3 if they kept that pace up.

I finished on the 1st hitting all manner of practice putts etc, hit 2 balls off the 2nd, dawdled down to both of them, and of course I’m waiting for them on the 2nd green.

I watched them on the green and then the 3rd tee, and they stood around taking practice swing after practice swing, talking to each other, standing around when it was someone’s turn to hit. And when they did hit it, they duffed it. And dawdled off after their ball to go through it all again. Unbearable.

I had to get off the course and see if I could cut across to another hole. There was a guy behind me who could see what was going on and he did the same.

Our club is absolutely riddled with slow, unaware morons like this.

Was talking about your club to my mate yesterday, he did his trainee ship there , said it was shocking with pompous flogs , I said “ hold my beer “. Did the tradition continue of you shouting the bar after your first “ drive”

I’ve been trying to tell you for ages now that my club can out do yours for flogs.

300 yard 3 wood, right down the pipe sucker.

Fatprick Reed has got a hell of a round going, 6 under through 7 holes, he might go sub 60.
 
LIV golf has been an astounding success in Adelaide. Although the on screen scoreboard is certainly, well colourful.
