GAME DAY Tiges v Suns

This plus no Leppa, Fly or Innes.
This this and this. We lost far too much experience in the coaches box. Far too much experience throughout the week leaving far too much work for Hardwick. No disrespect to the other coaches but they are not in the same class. A massive overhaul is needed.

Aarts, Castagna, Rioli. Aarts has had his moments but on the whole our small forwards have dropped off big time in terms of pressure and influence on a game. We used to be the best in this area, now we’re bottom quartile or so.

Im really sad, but really happy.

think im gonna get really pist

Sure Has, more than any could have asked for !!
I can die a happy man, let me tell you, after returning to this Country and seeing what we fielded back in '07, I was ready to get back on a plane, NEVER to watch a Richmond team ever again (between Wallace, Tambling and McMahon I was a broken Man).

Never did I expect to see the turnaround that occurred from '17 till now............... simply the most amazing thing I have witnessed and that includes the one's I seen live from '69 to '80.

I ask nothing more than honest efforts from those privileged enough to wear the guernsey from here on out, but hey, if another Premiership so happens along the way, I'll gladly cheer that Home also. ;)

George time to go, enough is enough,
He may well be the most fortunate 3-time premiership player of all time. Should actually be in his prime but just a cameo footballer now.

Got egg on my face, there I was thinking the Tigers would respond tonight. Even tipped a six goal victory!
Just numb after witnessing the debacle that was that performance against the Sun's.
Flabbergasted

There even laughing about us on the Tour coverage. Next thing Djokivic is going to say my opponent was as crap as the Tigers.

This was a line in the sand game & we weren't able to get it done against a lowly side on the road.
Forget winning the flag & we ain't playing for 5th..the reset will now begin. There's going to be some casualties in the coming weeks.
been a great ride but Dimma's about to break a few eggs.

Its interesting we dont hear about The Process

when we are losing.

theres no 'we dont trust our process anymore'

or

'We need a new process'.

not

'we stuck to our Process, but lost'

its like theres only The Process,

when we win?

That was an ugly game and there's not many positives to take away from it, other than giving some youngsters another run - problem is that this loss will be very disheartening and our youngsters didn't really show that much. Naish early on, Chol in the last, Dow had a few good moments for his half. Barely noticed RCD and noticed Jack Ross early on for the wrong reasons.

The umps paid some howlers in the final term which did help but the main reason we lost is our team just looks out of sorts. Our skills are sloppy and there's gaping holes in our defence when we turnover, and that was noticeable even before we lost Broad and Balta. A combination of a short off season, aging champions, injuries and trialling a new game plan have made out famous cohesion come unstuck. Hoping we can get our mojo back soon but we're out of contention now barring a miracle resurgence.

Perhaps this isn't our year but i don't think the teams over the hill just yet and we should look to trade at least some of our picks to top up the list with AFL ready players, at least while we have a fit Dustin Martin running around.

I hope you’re spot on with this comment.

It’s time to get a start ideating the 2.0 tiger machine. I’d love to see the early signs of the next playing blueprint this year, rather than scrape into the 8 only to be knocked out like chumps.
