Yep would have taken Dixon. It was a bridge too far for Noah tonight but he will be better for the experience.
That's what it was. Great experience. Dixon is a serious big man.
I actually think Dixon is overrated but he is a massive unit. He has the ability to dominate smaller and inexperienced opponents. Dave is not inexperienced; Noah is. In a year or two Noah will handle Dixon.
Rance generally struggled with beasts. He was better on the athletic types like Buddy.
Dixon plays the same game every week... always has moments in games but never puts it altogether ... and my word the commentators love him don’t they like he has burst onto the scene... he debuted in 2010 ffs. I actually thought Balta did ok. The way the ball was coming in start of the first and the entire last qtr - Dixon should’ve kicked 10!

And I think balta eventually will be great on the beasts , he is just a baby Atm , And is going to be a powerful man Eventually
Kicked 3.6 in his only final and Port went down by a kick.
Dixon tried to kill Rance in a pre-season game but his knee missed Rance's head. Allegedly an enthusiastic substance abuser in his younger days. He is part unhinged.
Rance would drop his bundle, spreading through the team.
Many have a great defender. I saw him is a good defender.

Edwards to mid or backline and with no chance what so ever of port getting a final in Adelaide, and tigers not having a traveling 4 day game, were all good,I'm convinced our boys will be way too good for port in a couple of months.

I thought Caddy would have been a big body in the midfield today. Was in there for any centre bounces?
I was lucky enough to be at the game. We got spanked in the midfield in my opinion, when we got it forward we usually scored, we kept fumbling and couldn’t get it down there in the last qtr. And that short arm pull out effort from Eggmollesse-Smith was diabolical. And what was. The go with that 100 metre penalty?
It more intense than many many finals. Maybe only one or two GFs played at that level. It was freakin ballistic.
Apparently 25-5 centre clearances in Port's favour. I know for some reason we don't value this aspect of the game but that is beyond the pale. You can't win a game of footy handing first use to your opponents in those numbers.
