Game Day Tigers V Giants

Martin, Pickett, Higgins, Lynch, Riewoldt can all hang their heads in shame with their goal kicking

Get the forward entries right and we win tonight, but keep playing the same style as the first half and we surely lose.

FFS - 3:9. Its like going back to the bad old days when our kicking for goal cost so many bloody games. Wake up Tigers.

I dont want to lay the boots into him - but as a leader Jack has really got to lift. I know he does little things every now and then, but as a leader and one of our highest paid players he needs to chase harder and keep the ball moving. Too often I see him with a token chase where he jogs after/towards the opposition, or when he takes a mark he takes an eternity to move it quickly (an example being the mark he took in the middle, we had free players ahead of the ball, instead he took his time and went wide to Broad I think who then bombed it inside 50 with GWS having had time to flood back).

Come on Jack. Big second half.

Our forward line is dysfunctional. We need to lower our eyes. There was one play Bolton was pushing into his own space inside 50, our player looked at him ignored him and kicked it long. Get the ball to the 40m mark, and force GWS to defend further up the ground.

Rioli is ridiculously out of form and desire.

Higgins in the intercept on the wing didn't even See the pass 20 m ahead on the outside.

He was even looking forward where Broad was in acres of space, he paused, then paused some more, and then you know what, he kicked it to Broad but then the Giants had flooded back.

As I said in an earlier post. Sick to death of long bombs into our forward line.

Name one Tiger who has provided a lead.

When we get the pill somewhere forward of the centre what do we do?? Take all day to go back and kick a long bomb.

The GWS backs must be laughing like you would not believe.

Ok so we have had 10 tackles inside 50 for how many free kicks???

Yeah his great at the little things. Might need some big things.

Lynch not going as well as last year either.

Sheesh Naish is as soft as feathers. Being dominated. Yet we have Stack, RCD out of the team
Yeh the real stuff a little different to 16 a side scratch matches. Another Lennon Ellis type. Nice skills.

Chol has rucked ok but zero disposals isn't good enough. Seems to get pushed out in marking contests. Take some marks son.

Our smalls aren't pressuring enough to crumb a goal.
Rioli looks disinterested
Higgins too slow for a small.
Naish and Eggy need to get into the game.
Riewodlt looks finished.
Can't jump and cant lead
Agree apart from reiwoldt. It might look true but he is a champ and can still turn it on when he wants or so I hope
