Dimma is a panic merchant in the box and always has been. He also a panic merchant with team selections. With no quality assistants now next to him he is showing his real abilities. Same pre coaching shake up that netted us the flags.. Dimma has surrounded himself with yes men again

Took my son from Hobart today for that. 1st game for 3 years. Very disappointing. Gibcus looked totally lost out there?

This game should have been a 60-100 point win.
Consistently throughout the season we have learned nothing, adjusted nothing, and repeated the same mistakes.
Our coaching panel have been outcoached, our midfield have been smashed, our forward structure and entry is predictable and stale, and our goal kicking is woeful. Mental strength has been replaced by a mixture of flight and terrific fear. Our chaos philosophy has become anarchic. We don’t play to win, we play not to lose.
We are Terry’s Tigers once more. We are not recovering from this. We don’t deserve it. We don’t know how.
He ain’t going anywhere but has been coaching like a busted backside this year. Reinforces the theory that he needs good assistants

That is simply bad coaching. Gibcus was showing signs of fatigue weeks ago and should have been rested. Instead he played one game too many, lost his confidence and got injured. Will struggle for the rest of the year now
Well going by that theory, georgie boy would be considered to be a gun of a player as he is a 3 x premshp player, but he wouldnt get a game for the kangas. As i Said everything has a Use By Date. Its time to go Dimma !
Why he was played in the ruck was beyond me. Even worse than when they made him play on Max King in the last quarter against St Kilda.
