Game day Mighty Tiges V da Dees

under 13s v under 19s

ive never seen such a mismatch in physical size.
10 metre chipping from first bounce the only option.

we've always been undersized but were quicker everywhere.
not anymore.

Yep agree wholeheartedly, Broady and Flossy were again very very good overall considering how much time the ball was in our backline and Dan still playing very consistent football off the half backline. Also taking into account that they are ONE short (Tarrant) every week makes it even more meritorious.
Broady coughed up 2 goals in the 3rd that started their run on and ultimately cost us the game. Plenty of other mistakes went unpunished by the Dees but Broady's stood out because they were punished

Surprised about the lack of kudos for the Dee's (on here) . They are us in 2018 which was easily our best H&A season in our dynasty.

People say Lynch gets held but he is such a lazy player. Always gets caught behind his player. His hands are just downright terrible. Jack outshone him again tonight

I don't know dimma it's got me *smile* with this bloke.

Is that the worst ever 22pt loss? Felt like a 60pt loss and should have been

31 shots at goal v 14. That should’ve been nearly a 10 goal loss.

should've been a ten goal loss and heralds the absolute end of Dimma's kinights of the round table

edwards should be dropped, one of lynch / riewoldt needs to go. castagna is now surplus to needs.

No shock but it’s simply time to add talented youth via the draft and if possible Tom Green via trade

Its time for the Deez Love fest circle jerk show again .................

They had control of that game even when we were 10 points up.
On TV it locked like they had 3 extra players.
It just proved you can't carry any player when playing against the best.
Some of Prestia's and Edwards efforts were horrendous.
Prestia is playing at 60-70% he is playing as if he pushes himself he will injure himself

We won't win big finals with the likes of Mansell, Parker, Tarrant etc plus a fading Edwards, Jaaaaaack
So what's the point?
We could probably make a semi final but I would rather we just pull the lever and reset or become 2018 Hawthorn.
Let's fast track.
Exciting times

For those who were knocking Dow, Dimma said he got injured last week and got a knock in the exact same spot today. Won't make it to Perth, especially given a 5 day turnaround.
Try not to throw the baby out with the bathwater folks. Seems we took (another) Punt on an injured player that hasn't come off. Of course, we don't know the ones who do pay off.

We won't get to finals to win for a few years so Reiwoldt, Edwards, Tarrant, , Cotchin, probably Grimes, Martin, Pickett, Lynch is a mute point. Should have begun giving young guys more experience last year. Feel like we're making a mistake again this year.

When your wings consist of Ross and KMac then you are asking for trouble. Wingers are usually genuinely pacy and highly skilled by foot. Our 2 are neither and usually kill momentum with poor skill execution which result in turnovers. KMac was fine over the years as our game plan consisted of moving the ball forward by any means be it ugly or precise. That dont work anymore. Pickett has one spot now need to find another

Short in the middle
If you want to give up another 5+ goals. This is just robbing Peter to pay Paul. He is the go-to man to get the ball out of our defence with his speed, running power, evasion and powerful kicking.
Not a big body for the midfield nor much of a tackler either. It might be possible with Grimes coming back, but Dusty is too.

Not advocating for it - just noticed he was in the middle for a ball up in the last quarter.
