Until he coaches you won't know.

No mention of Cameron.

Other than Hardwick and maybe Hinkley, on face of it I wouldn't of thought there was much there to get the fans excited ...................

Still the The Crutchless One has been known to get some things wrong :p

No mention. Do we believe Crutchy or not?

From what he said the club has been advising the unsuccessful applicants today so it sounded like he got his information from them.

Leppitsch is the surprising one, rest are expected. Sub Cameron in for him and you would be pleasing almost everything with those names, good list of applicants. If we can't find a good coach out that lot then we should just pack it in.

Brad Scott
Assistant Coach
(Midfield) Notched 168 games over a fine nine-season career, and was a member of two Brisbane premierships (2001 and 2002), before joining the Magpies in 2007 shortly after retiring. After one season as development coach, Scott moved into an assistant coaching role with his main responsibility analysing the opposition.

For the 2009 season, his role has developed further and will focus his coaching duties on the midfield.

AFL playing career: Hawthorn 1997, Brisbane 1998-2006, 168 games, 45 goals
AFL coaching career: Collingwood development coach 2007, Collingwood assistant 2008-

Not much in his coaching career. I suppose 3 Brisbane Lions flags could be a good experience.

Cameron definitely out of the running, here's an age article for tomorrow:

Big big surprise.

Either Hutchy is wrong or this site is wrong.

Richmond has informed four assistant coaches who were candidates - Bulldogs assistant Leon Cameron, Brisbane Lions Justin Leppitsch, Collingwood's Mark Neeld and North Melbourne's Anthony Rock - that they are out of the running.

Well he was wrong on Leppitsch only. I'd believe Connolly and Niall over Hutchy.
