I feel that dusty is being targetted by umps for holding the ball. Doesn't seem to get the opportunities to dispose of the ball in a timeframe or way others do. I reckon he played great, dug out a lot of very hard tough tough possessions in a highly pressured match.

It's like they are building in a don't argue factor.. Another interpretation.

And the one where he was penalised for holding the ball when he wasn't tackled and the ball was knocked our of his hands and he got so p!ssed he smothered the next handball and delivered inside 50 for a goal. More effective when he is angry.
Watching the replay, one of his fend offs was so strong and clean it was almost funny to watch....in fact I laughed out loud. I hope he sticks around...he's gonna be fun to watch in a big big game one day.

No he needs to go.That deliberate out of bounds from 55 metres away..........Too undisciplined.

Evidently he 3 other Tigers were not allowed to do a footy clinic at Syndal north primary this week becaie they didn't have working with children checks !!

There will be a lot of disappointed kids

Pretty silly that working with children's checks hasn't been a basic part of AFL protocol for all AFL footballers.
They should be no different to the rest of society who are expected to have one when dealing with children.
Pretty ancient & poor administrative practice by the AFL.

I had to get one to do reading at my daughters school.

Anyone hear Gerard Healy banging on about it tonight? Geez the AFL industry is in its own little bubble. I actually think it's gross incompetence from the club to send players out without them. The AFL insist on them for all parents manning the bbq at their local under 12's

Whe i got the photo for mine I'd had a big night out the night before plus 3 day growth. i looked like a total pedo. :hihi

Surely there would have been a bunch of teachers in attendance supervising the whole session of players meeting the kids n giving them some speeches n a bit of footy clinic.
Massive overkill by the nanny state gestapo.

Could not agree more.

I wonder how many other clinics these guys have conducted in the past without incident. I find it hard to believe this was their first one.

What I heard was that it was not mandatory until August and the schools have their own internal policies until then
