The heat should be on him for our consistent headlessness at the end of games. Senior players are going to water and the buck stops with him.

Questions need to be raised.
But I think a coach can only be at a club for so many years before his words become just noise.
Might be time.

Its the assistants. Teague. McQ need to go but unfortunately Teague has just started.
There is seriously NO system, we have crumbled since Leppa left.
And even worse post McRae

There is a real issue in development, the coaching, the belief and game plan.

he's been coaching poorly since the bye round, which was our strength in the premiership years. anyone who reckons he's been going ok since then has no farkin idea.

yeah injuries bla bla bla. We can't see out a full season. Player discipline, both in free kicks / 50s and structure/team rules has gone out the window.

That's on you Dimma

*smile* poor Coaching perf all round, by the whole club.

They KNEW this was going to happen - the players hate marvel, the club hates marvel, North would come out firing, even which players from North play well against us.

*smile* poor by the whole coaching panel.
*smile* poor choice of Aarts as medi sub. Dont tell me MRj wouldnt have done better either staying on the pine (or being forced to come on in case of injury).

Balta is NOT a *smile* forward. How many *smile* times.
If you have to cover for Lynch, go smallish again.

Someone at the club needs to sit Grimes and Nank down and have a long *smile* converstaion with them.
Dimma needs to buy Vlastuin a cup of coffee away from the club and tell him he needs to commit to the game better, pull up his *smile* socks.

Agree with this as well.
But as pointed out earlier, the club asked him to reduce his fee to keep the assistants and he said no.

I would be flabbergasted if McQualter is at the club next year. The midfield has been a circus since he's been in charge.

Coaching poorly. Can't be denied.

He simply can't wheel out the cliches after that.

The "we'll learn from this" won't cut it.

Cos we're not learning

We have 4 losses by a total of less than 20 points and each is worse than the last in terms of ineptitude. He may be teaching, but we're definitely not learning.

He has lost the authority he once had with the players. Its obvious as we are the most undisciplined team in the afl and we keep making the same mistakes week after week, that tells me players aren’t listening any longer ! Time to go Dimma and assistants !

Time is up. We face a major rebuild. Should have started last year. But Dimma rolled the dice and lost.
We are headed for a few years down the bottom of the ladder.
