Damien Hardwick

Maybe reading too much into it but I found the vision of Dimma with Sonsie a bit uncomfortable. One of the less inspiring debut videos I've seen.
Not sure Dimma is convinced.

Id like to know what Dimma and the coaches have practiced for us when we need to defend a lead or when the opposition start to get on a roll.

Seems OK as they hugged twice. I'm a bit unsure about Dimma saying to "be yourself" as he's done it with other players and we've been OK...I suppose.

Over reading it ToO (I hope).

Reckon Dimma was just dealing with Sonsie at Tyler’s level. No fuss, focussed.

Sonsie strikes me as a serious young man. Check out the footage of him calling his Dad to tell him he was playing.

Dimma said they were all proud of him. Sounded genuine to me.

What is he saying to our players behind closed doors?

These constant petulant 50m penalties are the reason we find ourselves battling for the bottom part of the 8 this year.

It is pathetic. Our players need the riot act read to them.

Seems to be nothing. Probably just having a laugh about it all.

Our backline leaks horribly. He still has no idea where to play Baker and Balta.
Needs throw Rioli forward for a tackling goal cameo

Turning point for our club dimmas abandoning of his wife. Only downhill since then. Some respect lost from players i reckon
That you Caro?
Has nothing to do with an ageing list losing its hunger? *smile* comment.

Thought this was a forum for opinion s. This is one of many factors IMO. I'd imagine it's having an impact even 2%. Id imagine its impacting Dimma. If you don't think personal life doesn't impact professional I'd vehemently disagree. Timing is beyond coincidence.

This is his loss. The only affair I’m worried about Hardwick is his love affair of Jake Aarts. How he can be selected is beyond crazy.

*smile* poor Coaching perf all round, by the whole club.

They KNEW this was going to happen - the players hate marvel, the club hates marvel, North would come out firing, even which players from North play well against us.

*smile* poor by the whole coaching panel.
*smile* poor choice of Aarts as medi sub. Dont tell me MRj wouldnt have done better either staying on the pine (or being forced to come on in case of injury).

Balta is NOT a *smile* forward. How many *smile* times.
If you have to cover for Lynch, go smallish again.

Someone at the club needs to sit Grimes and Nank down and have a long *smile* converstaion with them.
Dimma needs to buy Vlastuin a cup of coffee away from the club and tell him he needs to commit to the game better, pull up his *smile* socks.
