while i don't agree with all of Dimma's selections I do not doubt his ability as an all round coach
to achieve what he did, 3 premierships, remarkable
as long as he has the appetite to coach, I am happy for him to be at Richmond
That is one of Hardwick’s few failings. He is incredibly stubborn, and it takes a lot to shift his thinking once an idea gets lodged in there.I agree his a great coach , but the Cumberland crap was stupid and his been one of our best since coming in the side no brainer.
Is he coaching them to miss simple targets and easy set shots? If so - needs to go.
Time for McQualter and Clarke to go. Dimma needs better assistants especially midfield.
Ummm yeah that was my point. Obviously he doesn’t coach these things…..What on earth are you talking about? Coaching to miss targets? What rot.
As players are under the microscope so should the coaching group.People going after Hardwick are crazy.
He has given us 3 flags.
That is unbelievable.
Other clubs would sell a ball bag to get just 1.
We have played an extra season because of finals between 17-22.
Our players are exhausted.
We didn't know we were finished 5 weeks in it to the season, neither did Hardwick.
People blaming his marriage breakdown to our form line is absolutely crap.
Stick fat

Agree.
This is what happens when there is a side in transition. The man can coach.
That is one of Hardwick’s few failings. He is incredibly stubborn, and it takes a lot to shift his thinking once an idea gets lodged in there.
Because you had a full preseason dosent mean your not exhausted..As players are under the microscope so should the coaching group.
Five games in and declaring the players are exhausted - those same highly paid professional athletes, is a bit rich.
And if they are exhausted that’s on the fitness and health group at the club I would have thought.
When great players end their careers and are replaced with ordinary players, is when coaches are exposed.
Hardwick and his coaching group are being exposed and it remains to be seen if they have the coaching skills, vision and intelligence to pursue the transition with success while putting out a committed and competitive team each week.
So far they have failed that test, and the next few weeks will be critical for all concerned at the RFC.
A real test of character.
