There is a lot more to coaching than motivational stories I.e. Tactics, game plan etc. We seem to have lost all that as our structures and ball transfer is not AFL Standard.
Maybe, just maybe, it was the assist coaching, game plan and game day tactics of Caracella who won those flags. Because right now Dimma looks out of ideas.......

He was strangely happy and jovial in his pre game interviews. But in his post game presser he seemed defeated and flat as a tack. It’s 2016 all over again but I’m not getting 2017 vibes about next year.
2017 won't happen again next year. We just don't have the cattle and won't for a very long time and it will most likely be with a new coach.

Hardwick & the coaching panel need to revise the game plan around what the team can do. It can’t be reliant on short & slick ball movement when we have so many players who can’t kick.
Dimma thanks for the 3 flags BUT , when you say in the press conference that Taranto and Hopper are using the ball well , it’s probably time to go mate . Taranto and Hopper Miss targets by hand and foot repeatedly. We now have GWS problems from previous years . Too much spin there Dimma

I'm not sure he's coaching that badly. We have been in basically all games (notwithstanding this one blowing out). The issue is our best players aren't as good or as young as they were from 2017, and the replacements are either placeholders or too inexperienced.
