He doesn’t make game day moves as a rule. Never has. Believes in the processes that clearly are being ripped to pieces by the opposition.

Injuries have also derailed whatever preseason plans Hardwick wanted to implement.

But lack of effort, non-existent 2nd efforts, and a complete lack of cohesion is on the coach and are fundamental in any level of footy.

Throw in increasing acts of undisciplined behaviour and I believe it’s past time that the coaching group address these basic fundamentals with the playing group and kick some arse.

He's struggling. Needs to lift. Team selections have been bizarre all season and looks like a coach who has lost his way a bit.

What is our game plan?

If it’s over use of handball and to be the most undisciplined team in the competition he is successful in that.

Problem is there's no-one left within the club unless Leppa gets the job. Fly and Kingsley would've been great to takeover.

But, we're probably talking sh!t a bit as this was expected with ageing stars and kids mixed in this team. Just have to accept to rebuild.
 
Unpopular opinion, but when you have access to generational talent in their prime like Martin,Rance, Cotchin, Riewoldt, Lynch you don't have any excuse to not be a great coach.

With these stars and their primes gone the truth sits somewhere in-between.

This direction isn't right, the gameplan clearly does not suit our players and.the skills we have.

Oh and should mention forever grateful. What a great coach he's been. Brought so much joy especially to us long suffering middle aged and elderly

We’ve been poor to just ok since 2021 now.

All facets of the club have to be evaluated. All questions have to be asked.

I dismissed the impact of the marriage breakdown at the time. Maybe there is something in it though. Our performances, and his, since 2020 flag have been very erratic.

In the past we have been good enough to play a "team defence" against dangers from the opposition, but week after week we have a topliner get totally off the leash against us. The Dimma system and process used to work, but not any more.
