I'm surprised your surprised MB - he is really like a McGrath in his line and length and gets as much if not more movement than McGrath usually. He will be a excellent replacement for a McGrath.

Looks like it is just one of those days where they will be on and off the ground all day. A day more like during the footy season MB.

Re: Cricket

When Clark first came on the international scene he looked okay but nothing more.Since South Africa he has really stepped up & looks like being a very good bowler for us & will probably be a permanent fixture in the Aussie side for several years.

Re: Cricket

Gee, a couple of catches have been put down by the aussies today which normally they should of swallowed - first Gilchrist and just now Hayden. Could of had both Collingwood and Strauss back in the pavillion by now.

Surprising Tuby, had we had them 4 for Aussies would be already into their long tail.

The weather radar looks fairly clear now. Don't think there will be too many stoppages for rain now.

Forecast is for a few showers in the morning again tomorrow.

Yep MB - just frustrating im sure for not only us but McGrath and Clark who were the bowlers at the time but for the spectators watching both on TV and at the match.

Warnie teasing the crowd by taking the ball and walking down the pitch making out he is going to bowl makes me laugh - he is a entertainer that guy as well as a great bowler.

Think its time to bring Warne on Tuby,we've waited long enough.

Just for you MB  ;)

Re: Cricket

Yer, just a bit unsure of bringing him on right now as there is still a bit in it for the swing bowlers atm. Not sure with the rain today that warne will be able to do much of the pitch as it stands. Hopefully he can get Collingwood with his 700th.

Would prefer Clark or McGrath bowling from the other end Tuby.I'd bowl Warne to tea then reavaluate.

Re: Cricket

Well bowled by Warne as Strauss got another start again & now Poms have their last 2 recognised batsmen in.

Re: Cricket

Yep, good call MB - this guy can spin a ball on plate glass, unbelievable and a fantastic achievement by Warnie. Good stuff - now for Pieterson.. :clap. As they say "bowled shane".

Re: Cricket

Congrats Warnie on what really is an amazing feat. 700 test wickets! :clap :partyfest

Re: Cricket

Gillie not having a good day behind the stumps - just missed a bloody easy stumping from Warne on Pieterson. Gee, the aussies should of burried this mob by now...
