Coronavirus

That's why strong leadership & strict rules are also required.
Glady's wishy washy approach has developed a culture in NSW where it's citizens don't really take this pandemic all that seriously.
The language of leadership matters. Now her stubborn arrogance sees her chasing her tail.
I have been in both NSW and Queensland over the last 7-8 months and I noticed that the pandemic wasn't really taken seriously in either state. It may be for different reasons but I think the root cause is they haven't had to.
There is a difference in the language used by Anastacia and Gladys and the sense of urgency they each portray however, I agree with that.

It's been quite noticeable that since the lockdown Berejiklian has gone from saying i to we. She was happy to take all the credit when things were go ok in NSW, but has been quick to be more inclusive since things went pear shaped.

I'm sure when Morrison wound back Jobkeeper he wasn't thinking the Gold Standard state was the one that would ultimately be most heavily impacted.
Hazza & Golden Glady's must be pretty frustrated with the Feds. Slow vaccine rollout, no pfizer, no jobkeeper, Delta variant running through a vulnerable community.. It's looking like a perfect storm.
Unfortunately Delta is going to win here given Hazzard is already talking of giving up the fight (after only 2 weeks) & the Australian people are going to be the losers. Thanks Scomo!

That's a pretty frightening statement Hazzard made. Just have to accept the virus is alive in the Community? Can we give Trump's wall builders a call and get them to build one on the Murray?

I didn’t listen in to the NSW presser today. Did Chant really say this? Or was she taken out of context? breathtaking if true… truly staggering.

And if it is true, what are the real numbers?

Many cynics i speak to on social media have long-claimed NSW fudge their numbers. I have never believed this because there was no evidence of this. but is this the smoking gun?

I would assume she meant the details of the cases rather than actual counting of the cases.

Too right. NSW isolating itself from the rest of the States with talk like that.
I am thinking he is trying to scare people into actually following the restrictions. But yes one state being unable to eliminate the virus would lead them to being isolated from the rest of the country for a long time.

I wonder how many politicians children go to the college.

st joeys? most of 'em Id say.

funny how 'error' always seem to fall in the favour of the elites.

Im yet to hear of an administrative error halving the length of the heated pool extension.

And meanwhile that other loser Fraudenberg is having “discussions” with business leaders about corporate involvement in the vaccine roll out. The time for “discussions” was back in December you **** idiot !

And furthermore, we STILL wait for pharmacy involvement. Probably still having “discussions” with them too.

How anyone can endorse this utterly incompetent government is beyond me.
