Changes v Mutts

Lambert no way. Mugged by De Boer alnight .No Cotch so Lambert got the tag & it worked.

In ATTITUDE no farking prisoners !
Out , *smile* kicking to our forwards..
Time to awake Tigers NOT 1 decent 4Q Game yet by the Premiers this year .

3 ins is my guess, Cotch, Astbury and one of Dow/RCD/Stack

Don‘t ask who goes out of the side but the rotations will start from now to get us through the next 4 games

Forward line not working, losing clearances...Too many players think their positions are safe and they need a rocket.

Out: Higgins, Rioli, Naish (still not ready for seniors, pity the VFL is not available for his development)
In: Cotch, Stack (hope he's ready now), RCD (have no idea whether he is ready but time we had a look at him)

Graham very lucky to stay in but with Caddy out we need a bigger body for tackling pressure.
Pickett also lucky but not keen on two debutantes if Dow is next in line.
With so many unavailable or out of form we are now stretching our depth like never before.

Thought Higgins was ok then see he had 10 touches, same as Pickett.
Jack Ross racked up 30 on debut - just play him in the middle and leave him there until Prestia etc get back. He has the talent let him build

Higgins often hesitates when up the ground, doesn't take first option. Hard to let anyone just stay in fwd 50 when we, like all teams, use defensive flooding. Would also benefit from more VFL games after missing so many last year.
This year Ross was really out of touch and lacked that strong attack on the footy and the man that he had last year. Has he improved greatly past few weeks?

Graham definitely earned a demotion this week, Rioli next in line.

Cotch ideally if he’s ready to come back otherwise Ross for Graham & Stack for Rioli

Naish maybe as well as he seemed to just panic handball every time he got the ball the other night. Could be worth giving him another crack though

People saying Dimma isn't prone to making wholesale changes, that historically true but hasn't been the case this year. With 5 games in quick succession I think wholesale changes will be the norm to keep the team fresh. Will see some opportunities given to new comers I think.

Can’t believe McIntosh hasn’t been more talked about as an out. Just goes missing far too much as a wingman.

Kmac spent 17% on the bench.Maybe that is where we lost it. Naish 14% Pickett 19% .Chol 43 % so he would not have got warm.

Higgins 12 posses. If replacing with Ross, Pickett's the like for like. Higgins played mainly HFF.

Been getting plenty of it but 46% disposal efficiency isn't cutting it. Mind you other wingman Naish was 44%.

Chol has averaged 60% game time in his 4 matches. 2nd ruck idea is costing us big time in extra rotations. Chol needs to play more game time otherwise I don't see the point.

It’s not just that he goes missing, it’s what he does when he gets it. Just hacks it out with no thought of what may happen after that.

Or takes an eternity to decide his options.

Yep he's not a player that can see through a problem and choose the best option so he needs to simply take the first realistic option that presents itself to him. If that means a short 20 metre kick to another player out wider on his own then that's the option. Leave the clever stuff to others.
