Changes v Freo

Time for Broady.

yeah I dont think the cusp of a back2back campaign is anytime to be blooding a big lump from Kalgoorlie?

If they did it, id enjoy it and believe,

but I'll be astonished.

anything other than Broady in would seem too cute on the face of it?

Just on Miller. Think he will get the nod for a couple of reasons. He has been on the list for three years and at the moment is behind Garth in terms of his ranking. But he has the skills, and is and will always be much faster.
I suspect only one will be on the list next year.
Miller needs to be given this opportunity.

Then as a supporter you have to ask ‘why’ .
Because most of us thought Broad was doing ok. Right? Wrong?

Out Grimes, Lambert (from the bump he copped last week)

In. Broad and Martin part 2.

Longmire ia sooking fyfe gets a raw deal by the umpires.
Does he ever watch us play?
He reckons Hogan is a chance to play, we are lucky Rance is gone

Grimes will miss at least one match with the hamstring injury suffered against West Coast last week. In good news it's not a serious strain, so the All-Australian defender could be in the mix for next week's blockbuster against Geelong. Lambert should also be fine for the Cats clash with the club taking a cautious approach with his minor hip injury. Prestia was put on an intravenous drip to clear up some infection in his ankle and he now looks unlikely to feature before finals, while Caddy has had a setback in regaining his spot after suffering hamstring tightness. Astbury is tracking along better and will be eyeing round 18 against Adelaide for his return. Stack will be tested this week after a minor hip injury, while Coleman-Jones and Garthwaite will be available for match play next week. Edwards is likely to play in round 18 after serving his two weeks of quarantine. - Ben Sutton

Higgo is my bet for Lambert.

I hope you're right but i don't think we'll see Higgo again this year, I thought he was doing fine, finding the ball etc but there have been games when he isn't even an emergency. Hasn't played for over a month, think stackman will come straight back in as he can play the Lambo forward/midfield role too.
All i say with stack is, he needs to run the lines more, take the game on similar to what we saw last year.

Caddy is not available, so it will be either Higgo or Stack. Tend to agree Stack will get the nod - though not on the basis of any exposed form.

I reckon higlet is the most like lambo.

With what we know now, i reckon

Out; lambert, grimes

In; Higgins, broady.

If not, i think Higlet should be having his manager phone north melbourne.

Dimma has given the Grimes role to Broad. Very coy about who replaces Lambert. Nothing about other possible changes.
